      This is for clients who have the NC Teachers and State Employees Health Plan Insurance (SHP).  Because I am a Clear Pricing Provider, you will have a $0 (zero) copay
    • Carefirst & FEP insurance
      Carefirst is the BCBS that is in the DC metro area.  Federal Employees use this tab please.  Your copay will depend on your benefits.
    • Other BCBS products
      If you have any other BCBS insurance product other than Carefirst or the NC SHP, please use this tab.  Your copay will depend on your benefits.

    • Out of Network $265
      For all other insurance products (such as United, GEHA, Cigna, etc.), I am considered Out of Network.  You pay the full fee then, if you want insurance reimbursement, you submit the claim on your own.  Consider using the app www.reimbursify.com for quick filing.
    • Tricare

  • Couples Counseling and Sex Therapy

    • Couples therapy $265
      Insurance does not cover Couples Therapy as it does not meet medical necessity criteria. 

  • Other Psychological Services

    DrSara offers supervision  and mentoring by special arrangement.
