Please note that I am in network with BCBS only.  All others will be given a receipt so they can file for their own out of network reimbursement (hint:  Reimbursify.com is a breeze and you get your money back more quickly than if I file for you).

Please be aware that marital/couples therapy is defined as "therapy aimed at enhancing or preserving the marital/couple bond" and is not covered by insurance.  

According the the Insurance Industry, The code 90847 " Family counseling, patient present exists for the purpose of assessing a patient’s response and interactions with their family members or to assess the family member’s ability to care for the patient" and is NOT marital or couples counseling.
